This is the Privacy Policy of PerformIQ Pty Ltd (PerformIQ; ABN 26 003 835 658). PerformIQ is bound by the National Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act, 1988 and is committed to safeguarding personal information it may hold at any time in respect of any individual, in accordance with the requirements of the those Principles. For the purposes of this Policy, ‘Personal information’ is information or an opinion, in any form and whether true or not, about an individual whose identity is apparent or can reasonably be ascertained from the information or opinion. Further special provisions also apply to the collection of health information and information about a person’s race, ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of political, professional or trade associations, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual preferences and criminal history. PerformIQ reserves the right to charge you a fee for accessing your personal information. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. PerformIQ maintains strict procedures and standards and takes all reasonable care to prevent unauthorised access to, and modification and disclosure of, your personal information. Direct marketing
PerformIQ adheres to the Direct Marketing Code of Conduct produced by ADMA. PerformIQ may use your personal details, including your email address, to provide you with information, specific promotions and products that may be of interest to you. We may also provide your details to other organisations (including our related companies) for specific marketing purposes only. If at any time you do not wish to receive further marketing information, you have the option to ask us not to send you any further information about products and services and not to disclose your information to other organisations for that purpose. Complaints about breaches of privacy
