Installing - Including Pre-requisites

Found the following reference which suggested setting up a selection of tools for managing Python environment - http://atbrox.com/2009/09/21/how-to-get-pipvirtualenvfabric-working-on-cygwin/

I actually got this all working but haven't got around to fixing the following transcript.

$ sh setuptools-0.6c11-py2.6.egg
